Thankfully these content creation tools are here to help you out.

Best Content Creation Tools

Prezi and Flipsnack

Prezi allows you to create stand-alone presentations, view side-by-side presentations, and design stunning interactive graphics and charts. Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, presenting and collaborating from home has become increasingly important, and the platform uses its technology to make it seamless while looking good!

Check out this coronavirus handbook for social media managers to gain more insight. Prezi can be integrated with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webdex and has an 'Inspiration' section where you can see what other brands have done to engage their audience. You can also get reusable designs and templates so you don't have to start from scratch. Individual subscriptions start at 240rs per month.

Miro

When it's time to brainstorm, Miro is a great tool for projecting your ideas onto a virtual whiteboard. Miro is a simple whiteboard that you can share with teammates and clients to work through ideas and pitch designs. It has several templates to help you get started. You simply drag and drop shapes, text boxes, images and sticky notes onto your board to create designs and provide feedback.

If you're a manager, you can guide the creation process from concept to execution by monitoring changes, assigning tasks, and having in-app conversations. You can also connect with other apps to unlock more features. Miro is free for three whiteboards. Those who upgrade to a paid plan get access to unlimited boards and more features.

Zoom

Find someone who isn't familiar with Zoom yet. And while many of us have spent much of the past few months talking to friends, family and colleagues on the platform, there's no denying that it's one of the most popular options for hosting a webinar. This is partly due to its sudden popularity among audiences, but it also has a solid offering that comes with an affordable price tag.

Price: From 3200rs per month, per license

Woofy

Woofi is the centerpiece of a social media marketing campaign. Like other social media management tools on the market, with Woofy you can schedule posts, extract data and track the performance of your posts. Unlike other platforms, Woofi teaches you how to optimize your content with suggestions on what, when and where to post.

The platform is a color-coded functional dashboard that connects to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. You can either take on a project and oversee all aspects of social strategy, or you can invite a team to collaborate with you. Woofie is smart, just like your dog. Unlike your dog, Woofy is highly customizable.

Grammarly

Grammarly is my grammar and spelling checker. If you want to rank on search engines and provide a good user experience for your readers, your content should be error-proof. This tool checks your content for grammatical errors, misspellings, plagiarism, as well as the tone of your content.

It also has a Chrome extension, which is very useful when typing something on almost all web platforms.

Price: Free plans available.

Paid plans start at 2400/- month

Slack

Slack allows you to instant message and share content with individuals and groups. You can organize communication by creating channels based on teams, projects, planning and topics. Slack also supports video and audio calling when you need to have a quick meeting.

Easy to use, Slack connects to a range of apps that let you communicate and collaborate through its interface. There is also a free version, but it comes with less space for storage and saved messages. After a few months of usage, you may run into limitations and want to upgrade to a paid plan.
